VOICED : El desafio del Dakar en Bolivia

Etienne Lavigne, director of the Dakar Rally, spoke in La Paz about the rally's passage through Bolivia, highlighting the complexity and challenges of the Bolivian terrain. The rally will also pass through Argentina and return to Peru, with Chile excluded from the route. The event is scheduled for January 3-16, 2016, with the final route to be announced in November.
