VOICED : Más de 3.000 civiles evacuados del este de Ucrania en una semana

Over 3,000 civilians have been evacuated from eastern Ukraine in a week. Kiev has urged civilians to leave Donetsk due to economic reasons and lack of alternatives. Since late July, evacuation is mandatory. President Zelensky announced this to prepare for winter, as gas distribution networks might be destroyed, leaving homes without heating. In the last 24 hours, three civilians died and 19 were injured in the region. After capturing most of Lugansk, Russian forces are focusing on Donetsk, aiming to capture Kramatorsk. Lugansk and Donetsk form the Donbass region, an industrial area in eastern Ukraine that Moscow aims to control entirely. A significant part has been held by pro-Russian separatists since 2014.
