SwiftUI and Node.js Full Stack - Build Twitter - iOS 16 - Tweet Image Visualize

We define a GET route with parameters to identify the tweet and image. The function checks if the tweet and image exist, handles errors using try-catch, and sends the image data back to the client with the correct content type.
