Former Louisville Officer Pleads Guilty In Breonna Taylor Case

Former Louisville police detective Kelly Hannah Goodlett pleaded guilty to falsifying an affidavit for a March 2020 search that led to Breonna Taylor's death. During the search, Taylor's boyfriend fired at officers, who returned fire, killing Taylor. Goodlett will testify against other officers involved and faces up to five years in prison with sentencing set for November.
