Twin Suicide Attack In Baghdad Kills At Least 32

A recent attack in an Iraqi market resulted in 32 deaths and 73 injuries. While no group has claimed responsibility, the Iraqi military suspects the Islamic State. This attack follows Iraq's decision to hold early elections in October and is the first major attack in Baghdad since January 2018.
