Hong Kong Eases Safety Restrictions, Considers 'Travel Bubble'

Hong Kong is planning a travel bubble with 11 countries, excluding the US and Canada, amid declining COVID-19 infection rates. The city will allow groups of four to dine and gather at entertainment venues. Travelers in the bubble must undergo COVID-19 testing at both ends of their journey. Hong Kong's travel shortlist includes Japan, Thailand, South Korea, and Australia. The city is also conducting a mass testing scheme and plans to reopen public venues and resume in-person classes by September 23rd.
