Los Angeles Police Release Video Of Shooting That Left Bystander Dead

A tragic incident occurred where a 14-year-old girl was accidentally killed by a police bullet in a dressing room. The police were responding to a call about a man attacking people with a bike lock. The suspect was shot by the police and died at the scene. The girl was in a changing room with her mother, out of the officer's view. The California Attorney General's Office and the Department of Justice are investigating the shooting.
