Steve Sunsweet, owner of the largest Star Wars collection, reported a theft by his friend Carl Cunningham, who stole 120-130 items valued at $200,000. The theft occurred over several months between 2015 and 2016. Cunningham, a fellow collector, sold some stolen items and was charged in March but released on bail. Sunsweet, who had known Cunningham for years, received text messages from him admitting the crime, apologizing, and stating he is in therapy.
