However, its long-term effects on the brain are unknown, and it may damage the nervous system. Ecstasy increases energy, heart rate, and body temperature, posing risks like dehydration and organ inflammation. Excessive water intake while on Ecstasy can be fatal. Prolonged use may lead to kidney, liver, and heart issues.
