Oil Tanker Hits Delaware Drawbridge

A highway leads to a canal drawbridge, which opens for an oil tanker. The tanker, affected by tricky river currents, collides with the bridge, causing the bridge span to crash onto the tanker's bow. The canal will take two weeks to reopen, and months are needed to replace the bridge. Despite federal regulations against loitering, the bridge and ship remain stuck.
