VOICED : Santos aplicara nuevo acuerdo de paz con via menos polarizada

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos called for a swift renegotiation of the peace agreement with the Farc, aiming to find a path that minimizes polarization. Talks began in Cuba to address numerous proposals to salvage the agreement, initially signed in September but rejected in an October plebiscite. Santos emphasized choosing a path that reduces division, as a new plebiscite might increase polarization. The rejection halted the implementation of a pact intended to end a 52-year conflict, which has resulted in millions of victims.
