VOICED : Kirchner inaugura canal de TV en barrio pobre de Buenos Aires

Cristina Kirchner inaugurated Urbana TV, a community channel in Buenos Aires' Villa 31, a poor immigrant neighborhood. The channel, named after her late husband Néstor Kirchner, was established under a media law from her presidency. The community watched the event on large screens. Urbana TV is the first channel owned by a poor neighborhood, gaining its license in 2010, but awaits a signal clearance to start broadcasting.
