Fall of Jerusalem - Part 1 - One Minute History

Jewish leaders are angered by Greek sacrifices at their temple, leading to a halt in prayers for Emperor Nero. Rome's response is to send legionnaires to punish the Jewish population, sparking a rebellion. The rebels take control of Jerusalem, forcing Romans out. Rome retaliates with a large force, but suffers a significant defeat at Beth Horon, losing 6000 troops and the Aquila. The rebellion grows, making a full-scale war with Rome inevitable.
