Eleanor Roosevelt Christens USS Pine Tree

The Penobscot Indians participate in an event in Camden, ME, where they go on the warpath against the Axis. The event features the launch of a coal barge sponsored by Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt, who is honored by the tribe. The Pine Tree, the largest wooden ship built in the US in 25 years, is christened and will carry coal cargoes.
