VOICED : OTAN pide observadores en Ucrania

NATO has called for international observers in Ukraine to address the crisis and urged Russia to withdraw its troops from Crimea. Following an emergency meeting, Germany announced a political dialogue with Russia, while the US warned of Russia's potential exclusion from the G8. Germany also mobilized its reservists in response to Russia's military actions. The political division in Ukraine has deepened since the fall of Yanukovych's government.
