VOICED : Haiti Jamaica y Cuba se preparan para el huracan Matthew

Hurricane Matthew, the most powerful Caribbean cyclone in a decade, was moving north towards Cuba, Jamaica, and Haiti, with potential to reach the US east coast. The US National Hurricane Center reported Matthew's speed at 7 km/h after leaving Colombia and Venezuela. After reaching Category 5, it weakened to Category 4 with 230 km/h winds, making it the strongest Caribbean cyclone since Hurricane Felix in 2007. Matthew was expected to pass near Jamaica and hit Haiti, causing heavy rains, with precipitation also expected in the Dominican Republic and eastern Cuba.
