Dorothy's ruby slippers sold for $28M at auction

A pair of Ruby slippers worn by Judy Garland in The Wizard of Oz sold for $28 million. Only four pairs are known to exist. The auctioned pair was stolen from a Minnesota museum 20 years ago and recovered by police in 2018. The buyer's identity and plans for the slippers remain unknown.
