VOICED : Universitarios piden justicia por tragico incendio en Guatemala

Guatemalan university students joined calls for justice after 40 girls died in a fire at a public shelter. The University of San Carlos students blamed the state for the tragedy, which led to arrests of former officials. President Jimmy Morales replaced the officials and urged for child protection. The fire was allegedly started by adolescents protesting sexual abuse in the overcrowded facility. Half of the 18 injured are treated in U.S. burn hospitals. The UN urged Guatemala to reform child care systems.
