VOICED : Antiguo jefe de FARC reconoce responsabilidad en más de 20.000 secuestros en Colombia

Timochenko, former FARC leader, admitted responsibility for over 20,000 kidnappings during a hearing of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace in Colombia.
