Despite the warmth, visitors enjoy the lively atmosphere at the Olympic Park, which attracts large crowds daily. In contrast, the Rosa Khutor resort is quieter with limited nightlife. The Sochi Olympics are the most expensive ever, costing around $50 billion, but a carnival atmosphere is not guaranteed by money alone.
