Jack Ayers, a model and personal trainer, has overcome challenges related to his congenital condition, proximal femoral focal deficiency (PFFD). Despite early struggles with confidence, Jack chose to amputate his leg at 16, which led to a successful career in modeling and fitness. He became the first amputee to walk at New York Fashion Week and appeared on the cover of Men's Health. Jack now works with Models of Diversity, advocating for more inclusivity in the fashion industry. He aims to focus on training amputees, offering them unique support and inspiration.
