Non-metals

Non-metal elements are located on the right side of the periodic table. They generally have four or more electrons in their outer shells, which gives them distinct physical and chemical properties compared to metals. Non-metals are typically poor conductors of heat and electricity. Common examples of non-metals include sulphur, oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen.
