Judge Orders USPS To Take 'Extraordinary Measures' To Deliver Ballots

The US Postal Service is ordered by Chief U.S. District Judge Stanley Bastian to take extraordinary measures to ensure timely delivery of mail-in ballots, especially in battleground states Michigan and Wisconsin. The USPS must report daily status and use all means, including priority mail, to deliver ballots by Election Day. Recent declines in first-class mail delivery and mail pileups have raised concerns.
