Colorado Gay Club Shooting Suspect Charged With Hate Crimes

A suspect is facing 305 criminal charges, including 5 counts of first-degree murder, after a shooting at a gay nightclub. Armed with a rifle and wearing body armor, he opened fire, injuring 20 people. Two men restrained him until police arrived. The suspect will appear in court for a preliminary hearing in February.
