'Star Wars' Actor Dave Prowse Dies At 85

David Prowse, known for his role as the body of Darth Vader in the original Star Wars trilogy, passed away after a short illness. A former British weightlifting champion, Prowse was initially asked to audition for either Chewbacca or Darth Vader, choosing the latter because 'you always remember the bad guys.' Despite being physically perfect for the role, his West Country accent led to his lines being dubbed by James Earl Jones.
