I WONDER - Is Quicksand Dangersous?

Quicksand is often misrepresented as extremely dangerous in media, but it is not a bottomless pit, nor can one be completely submerged. While it can be challenging to escape if caught, quicksand is usually only a few feet deep. It is advisable to avoid areas known for quicksand, as struggling can cause one to sink further.
