FACING UP TO AIDS IN VIETNAM

Vietnam has implemented a progressive health policy to combat HIV/AIDS, including needle exchange and methadone substitution. Despite these efforts, challenges remain due to societal stigmatization and gaps between legislation and implementation. Personal stories highlight the ongoing struggle, with hopes that political will can drive full implementation of these policies to reduce infection rates.
