VOICED : EI multiplica atentados para frenar avance de ejercito en Mosul

Iraqi forces are advancing to reclaim Mosul from the Islamic State, which now controls only a small part of the western territory. The operation is becoming more difficult due to narrow, densely populated streets and the use of snipers, bombs, and suicide bombers by the jihadists. To counter the threat of female suicide bombers, Iraqi forces have instructed civilians to remove some clothing before approaching checkpoints. There are approximately 200 jihadist fighters and 25,000 to 30,000 civilians remaining in Mosul.
