Mysterious virus spreads in central China

A mysterious viral pneumonia affected 59 people in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. The virus, linked to a local seafood market, led to market closure and patient quarantine. Symptoms include fever and breathing issues, with chest X-rays showing lung lesions. The virus is not SARS, MERS, or bird flu, and there's no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission. Over 163 people were observed for contact with the infected.
