Verizon Raising Minimum Wage To $20 An Hour For U.S. Employees

Verizon, the largest wireless company, announced a minimum wage increase to $20/hour for all employees, including new hires. They are also offering sign-on bonuses for retail specialists and assistant managers in some locations to attract and retain top talent. In December, T-Mobile also raised its minimum wage to $20/hour, while AT&T pays an average of $26/hour.
