NBA says it has entered deal with Amazon, not accepting Warner Bros. Discovery's offer

The NBA has decided not to accept a media rights offer from Warner Brothers Discovery, opting instead for a deal with Amazon Prime Video. Warner Brothers had proposed a $1.8 billion per year offer to continue its long-standing relationship with the NBA, but the league chose to end its nearly 40-year partnership with Warner Brothers and TNT. The NBA is also in talks with Disney and NBC, with potential deals expected to be finalized soon. The new 11-year agreements are valued at approximately $76 billion.
