NASA | The Moon As Art Contest

NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) initiated a Moon art campaign, selecting 24 images from thousands to form a collection. Five images were shortlisted for a public vote, including Starry Night, Tycho Central Peak, Diviner North Pole, Lanae Crater Topography, and Clerk Crater. Tycho Central Peak won with 52% of the votes and will feature on the collection's cover. The campaign highlights the Moon's diverse landscapes and invites the public to explore these visuals on the LRO website.
