The Mars Opportunity Rover!

Opportunity, a Mars rover, landed in 2004 and exceeded its 90-day mission by lasting 15 years. It made significant discoveries, such as minerals dispersed by groundwater. Equipped with panoramic cameras, a spectrometer, and a robotic arm, Opportunity sent over 217,000 images to Earth. It traveled 28 miles on Mars, powered by solar panels generating 140 watts. A storm in 2018 ended its record-breaking mission. Opportunity's legacy includes its contributions to understanding Mars' geology and history.
