Genetic analysis suggests contact between Polynesians and South Americas before Columbus: study

The Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSS) project aims to determine if the hypothetical Planet 9 is a primordial black hole. The project proposes using the Mission's Plant Observatory in Chile to detect black holes by observing flares from intercepted comets. These flares occur when comets approach the black hole, melt, and emit radiation due to the accretion disk's heat. The LSST's high sensitivity and ability to scan the entire night sky twice a week provide an advantage over current sensors, allowing for the detection of smaller impacts.
