VOICED: Violencia en Egipto: 20 muertos

In Cairo, 20 people died and many were injured during clashes between anti-government protesters and unidentified men. The military and police intervened too late to prevent the violence. Protesters, demanding an end to military rule, were attacked with firearms and other weapons. Despite the violence, protesters remain determined to continue their fight. The unrest led to the suspension of several presidential campaigns in solidarity with the protesters, with elections scheduled for May 23-24.
