VOICED : Peru y Chile hacen las paces en Cuba

At the CELAC summit in Havana, Chilean and Peruvian presidents met following a Hague court ruling granting Peru a portion of the Pacific previously controlled by Chile. Both leaders agreed to implement the ruling gradually. The meeting also included Chile's future president, Michelle Bachelet. Bolivia's president, Evo Morales, expressed hope for a fair ruling in Bolivia's sea access case against Chile.
