Indiana Police Arrest Man In 2017 Killings Of 2 Teen Girls

Police in Indiana have announced the arrest of Richard Allen for the 2017 murders of teenagers Libby German and Abby Williams. Allen, a 50-year-old from Delphi, has been charged with two counts of murder. The teens were killed while hiking in 2017. Although police have not disclosed what led to the arrest, they have stated that the investigation is still in its early stages.
