VOICED : Una virgen de quinoa para el papa

Victor Vázquez, the governor of Oruro, visits La Paz with his wife to present a special offering to Pope Francis: a portrait of the Virgin of Socavón made from quinoa, highlighting Bolivia's status as a leading quinoa exporter. The Pope arrives in Bolivia as part of his South American tour, visiting some of the continent's poorest countries. His visit comes at a time when the Vatican is losing followers to evangelical churches in Latin America.
