VOICED : ELN promete liberar a policia colombiano

The ELN claims to treat detainees well and release them quickly. During a press conference, the ELN highlighted the resurgence of paramilitarism as a significant threat to peace in Colombia. They emphasized the need to address this issue from the start to prevent it from becoming a major obstacle. The peace talks are expected to begin in Ecuador within two months, with additional discussions in Venezuela, Chile, Brazil, and Cuba. Norway will also act as a guarantor of the process.
