I WONDER - Where Did The Archaeopteryx Live?

The Archaeopteryx, a prehistoric bird-like dinosaur, lived in what is now Germany during the late Jurassic period, approximately 150 million years ago. At that time, Europe had a tropical climate due to its proximity to the equator. Unlike most dinosaurs, all known Archaeopteryx fossils have been found in Bavaria's Solnhofen limestone formations in Germany. A total of 12 largely complete specimens have been discovered, with feathers visible on most of them.
