All of those vehicals, supplies and ammunition mentioned were produced in the US at an amazing rate. For example the Ford motor compant built B 17 bombers and at one point, comlteted one every 20 minutes. How come US factories could produce more than all the other nations combined? Why was that a massive advantage?
