I finally got to Starbucks on my way to work! I arrived to the speaker in the drivethru and spoke loud in clear into the speaker, "Large coffee with milk and sugar. I would also like a bagel please!" I drove up to the window after waiting a long time and the cashier informed me that the customer in the drivethru before me had paid for me! I thought this was so nice I wanted to pay it forward. I told the cashier, "I would like to pay for the customer behind me!" I went on my way to work with my coffee and bagel feeling positive and hopeful that there are nice people in the world!

Some dogs and cats do not have homes. People started animal shelters to take care of these animals and solve the problem of homeless animals. At the shelters, dogs and cats get food and water. This morning was crazy. My alarm clock was set for PM instead of AM, so I woke up really late. I just threw on some clothes and ran out the door. I rode my bike as fast as I could and thought that I was going to be late for sure, but when I got there everyone was outside and there were firetrucks all lined up in front of school. I guess somebody pulled the fire alarm before class started. It worked out though, because nobody really noticed or minded that I was tardy.
