Retrieve GC number - Enter Eligible return amount - provide auth code - press enter.

1. Select "Manual Authorization"

2. Enter the EGC# and click on 'search.'

3. Enter the associate # in the POS Operator field.

4. TransType will be 'ADJUSTDEC'

5. Enter the store number.

6. Enter the amount.

7. Enter the terminal, transaction and invoice numbers as 3333.

8. Reason code should be "PROMOTIONAL DEACTIVATION"

9. Enter transaction notes.

10. Click on "Post Transaction."
