These are courses that I can take based on my interests.

These courses are upper-level and will prepare me for college. These courses will also give me college credit if I successfully pass them and the exam at the end of the course.

I need 26 of these to graduate high school. Each class is worth at least .5 of these.

These are courses such as math, science, social studies, & English.

I am a senior (12th grade) in high school and taking an English class at San Jacinto College. I will receive this for English once I pass the course.

My GPA determines this.

I need to have at least a 95 average in my class and no ISS or AEP in order to be recognized as this.

I need 1 of these credits to graduate on the recommended plan. Band or Theater is an example of the class.

I failed my science class this year. I will need to do this in order to stay on track to graduate.

I am interested in being a veterinarian. I will enroll in this so I can be paired with a mentor in order to gain more insight on that particular field.

Regular math is too easy for me, but I am not ready for AP math. I should probably take this level of math in order to prepare me for upper level math classes in my future.

This is also known as the EPG. It has a ton of information in it that I will need for high school.

A class that I must take simultaneously with another class (in the same year).
