· 12 ounces mushrooms * 4 yolks
· 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg * 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
· 11/2 teaspoons salt * 1/4 teaspoon pepper

1. Prepare the mushrooms and place them in a frying pan with melted butter
2. Cover the pan an cook them for 10 minutes then add the chicken stock
3. Season with the salt, pepper and nutmeg
