If one read the third chapter of the Megillat Esther first, then read the first chapter and so on, would a person fulfill their obligation?

If one got up to read the Megillah but discovered that the Megillah wasn't there, but they had the megillah memorized and therefore chanted it for the congregation from memory, do they fulfill their congregation.

If one read the Megillah in a Latin translation and no one in the congregation understood Latin, Would they fulfill their obligation?

If one read the Megillah in Hebrew for a congregation that did not understand the Hebrew, would they fulfill their obligation?
