Top Tips for the perfect cupcake

First, make sure all of your ingredients are together and that they are all room temperature. Once all of ingredients are in the mixing bowl, be sure not to over mix the batter. After the batter the batter is ready to go, use a scoop to fill the cupcake lines, don't just guess! Place the pan in the center of the oven for the cookies results. After the cupcakes have been cooked- make sure you store them in an airtight container!
