Holding these keys brings up a list of the other windows running on the computer and allows the user to switch between programs

You can record yourself talking so that a presentation can be played over and over and your recorded voice will be heard through speakers without you talking. A microphone is needed.

If the Slideshow has animation of text or pictures, it will not be seen

The slideshow will be set up with timings so it will run on its own. However, the time has to be entered in the Transition Tab

If the Slideshow has recorded narration, it will not be heard

PPT will play the Slideshow with a timer so that you can see practice your presentation to see how long it takes you to get through the entire slideshow.

The presenter must use the keyboard or mouse to change slides

Will skip a slide in a presentation, but it will still be visible from the Slide Sorter
