It's not enough to be naturally talented. You need to be totally committed to being the best: nothing else will do. If you are lazy, then you'll never reach the top.

You need to be experienced in the game: it's your job to make sure that players are motivated and to do that you have to be honest with them.

Obviously, you need to be imaginative, but it's not just that. You need to be very well-organized with your time, and have a lot of self-discipline. Sometimes it's hard to think of ideas...but you have to keep thinking until something comes to you.
