..I’m worried about my health. Every year during the exams I get very stressed. I have problems sleeping and often get headaches. I try to live healthily but often forget to eat because I’m studying. I don’t eat much junk food and I try to go swimming at the weekends. I usually drink coffee to help me to stay awake when I am studying late at night. I’ve heard it’s a good idea to drink lots of water, but I’m not sure how to relax. What can I do?
